Prior to establishing The Yang Firm P.C., David gained experience working at New York law firms and companies in the areas of intellectual property, entertainment, real estate, corporate law, and commercial litigation.
After receiving his JD from Cornell Law School, Jack served as a legal consultant working on transnational corporate transactions and complex civil and white collar criminal litigation. Prior to joining our team Jack had also provides his services to an international incubator, various funds, and an international Top 100 law firm. Jack is licensed to practice in New York and Canada.
